As we talk to some of our Houston area clients, one thing many of them are looking for is a color copier with cheap color prints.  We push the Xerox Phaser 8860MFP for this situation as the color costs are as low as you will find in the industry.  If you are doing standard business printing, then you will pay about $.03 or so per color print.  What does standard business color mean?  The easiest way is to take a piece of paper and fold it in half 3 times.  If your document has less color than this spread out over the whole page, this would be a standard business copy.

Now if there is a lot more color, you will want to look at a supplies and maintenance plan.  These plans will still keep the cost around $.06 per print but will include maintenance and all the ink blocks you need to make your prints and copies.
